Payment

Gingerbreads Teas and Treasures accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal.  We use Authorize.net as our secure payment gateway for use with payments made with Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  Authorize.net is a leading payment gateway which provides the complex infrastructure and security necessary to ensure fast, reliable and secure transmission of transaction data with secure customer data management as well as advanced fraud detection.  Paypal is the leading online payment solution for buyers and sellers and offers the latest technology in anti-fraud detection as well as an added layer of protection for your financial information where your bank details or card numbers are never exposed - not even to us.  Paypal is free to join and buyers never pay any fees. 

Once you enter the shopping cart area where card information is to be input you will see in the browser that you are on a securely encrypted page so no one can see any of your payment information.   If for any reason you are uncomfortable paying online please call our store so that we can take your order and information directly from you. 

Shipping

We ship most items by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Especially large or heavy items may be shipped via UPS Ground Shipping.  All purchases will be shipped within 72 hours or purchase.  A signature and/or purchase of insurance may be required. 

Return Policy

Gingerbreads will accept returns on condition of the following:  You must contact us within three days of receipt of item and item must be returned postmarked within seven days of receipt in un-used and the same condition that it was in when we shipped it out and in it's original packaging.  If item is damaged during shipping and was insured then we will send you all information and will help you in any way we can to file a claim with the shipping service to satisfy your complaint and recover your loss of the purchase price of your item.  Gingerbreads is not responsible for any damage caused by the U.S.P.S. or UPS. 

Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us.  Our payment processors do not give us your credit or debit card information and we do not receive your paypal log in information.  All credit and payment information is encrypted through the payment gateway used.  Your name, address and email information will never be shared by us with any other person, company or website under any condition.
